Meet Our Team

Donna M. Salvatore

  • Position: CEO & FOUNDER
    Donna M. Salvatore is the Founder and CEO of Megalytics, a company she founded five years ago to help key stakeholders in commercial real estate advance their data analytics capabilities. Megalytics is a trusted partner today with major commercial real estate firms where their services are used in commercial underwriting and investment decisions along the lifecycle from development to acquisitions to asset management to disposition. Donna is now recognized as a pioneer in bringing to bear a large number of big and small, disparate data sources never used before in commercial real estate.
    Her company has developed a number of solutions for commercial real estate owners enabling them to make better leasing and investment decisions, while addressing the lack of readily available data and transparency in real estate.
    Donna carries a 23-year track record of success in launching and growing new businesses in data analytics and technology with successful exits in real estate, health care, facilities management, energy and customer services.

    Ms. Salvatore received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Case Institute of Technology, the fourth oldest technology school in the United States, and now merged into Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She received an MBA with a concentration in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago.
    She is an active member of the Economic Club of Chicago and member of the Urban Land Institute, where she serves on the Urban Development/Mixed Use Product Council.

Henry Mendoza

  • Position: Investor and Strategic Partnerships
    Henry (Hank) has a 48-year history in Banking, Finance, Real-Estate Syndication, Venture Capital as well as been a founder and active senior member of management in many entrepreneurial enterprises. He is a founder and Member, Principal and Chief Administrative Officer of Megalytics, Inc. as well as a board member of several other companies.
    He is also an appointed Commissioner to the Affordable Trust Fund of the Illinois Housing Development Agency.

Emad Malek

  • Position: Operations
    Mr. Malek is a career Information Technology executive with numerous technical and business achievements. He started out building cutting-edge systems for Nortel, Motorola, and Lucent in Chicago.
    He has assumed various leadership roles in multinational telecom groups and has a comprehensive background in managing IT innovations and business transformation.

Paul Whitcomb

  • Position: Chief Data Scientist
    Paul has 30 years’ experience in technology development, statistics, and data analytics.

Retheesh P Pillai

  • Position: Technical Architect
    Over 19+ years of experience in building software products and solutions with a focus on research and development as well as product strategy.

Thomas Smoots

  • Position: Research and Finance Analyst
    Thomas received his Master’s of Science in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, where he specialized in quantitative methods for finance and financial statement analysis.
